The photo section has been expanded and includes recent photos.
Bears That Care is a registered 501(3)(c) charity. Bears That Care was founded in 1987 by a group of Minnesota State Troopers and other interested and committed individuals. We visit two hospitals in
the Twin Cities (MN) area close to Easter and Halloween. We also visit an elementary school in St. Paul for a summer pizza picnic.
The spring 2019 visit to the Shriners Hospital and University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital went very well. There were lots of patients and siblings there to give goodie bags or stuffed
animals to. We passed out close to 10 large stuffed bears plus numerous goodie bags at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital. In addition to goodie bags at the Shriners Hospital we
also took photos and left them with the kids. Check out the photos on the photo page!
